Heavenly Blueberry milkshake

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/4 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Add in all ingredients in a smoothie blender.
  2. Blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
