- 1 cup chocolate fat free skim milk
- 1 cup chocolate low fat ice cream
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 peeled and cup up large banana
Preparation (instructions)
- In a smoothie blender, mix all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
