Healthy Chocolate peanut banana shake

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 cup chocolate fat free skim milk
  • 1 cup chocolate low fat ice cream
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 peeled and cup up large banana

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a smoothie blender, mix all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
