Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 peeled banana
- 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Preparation (instructions)
- In a smoothie maker or electric blender, combine all ingredients except yogurt and ice cubes.
- Puree for about 4 minutes under high speed or until the dates are finely chopped.
- Add in yogurt and ice cubes and continue to process at high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
- Serve immediately.
