How to make Fruit smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 6 oz chilled pineapple juice
  • 6 oz chilled peach
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup orange sherbet
  • 1 peeled and cut up large banana

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In an electric blender, mix all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses.
  4. Garnish with pineapple slice if desired.
