- 1 cup honeydew melon chunks
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Preparation (instructions)
- In a smoothie blender, mix all ingredients.
- Blend for approximately 2 minutes under high speed or until smooth and creamy.
