Refreshing Honeydew melon smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 cup honeydew melon chunks
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a smoothie blender, mix all ingredients.
  2. Blend for approximately 2 minutes under high speed or until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Ready to serve.
