- 3 cups of your favorite choice of fresh fruit
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
Preparation (instructions)
- In a smoothie blender, mix all ingredients.
- Blend for approximately 20 seconds or until smooth and thick.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve instantly.
