Make your own favorite Mix fruit milkshake

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 cups of your favorite choice of fresh fruit
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a smoothie blender, mix all ingredients.
  2. Blend for approximately 20 seconds or until smooth and thick.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve instantly.
