Fresh Orange date shake

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In any type of smoothie makers or electronic blenders, combine all ingredients except the vanilla ice cream.
  2. Puree until the dates are finely chopped.
  3. Add in vanilla ice cream and continue to blend until thick and creamy.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
