Vitamin-C Rich Orange grapefruit smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 grapefruit juice
  • 1 peeled and cut up medium banana
  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In an electric blender, mix all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses.
  4. Garnish with orange wedges if desired.
