Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 grapefruit juice
- 1 peeled and cut up medium banana
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation (instructions)
- In an electric blender, mix all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with orange wedges if desired.
