Ingredients (nutrition)
- 8 oz raspberry low fat yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened peach slices
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 cups fat free skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation (instructions)
- In a smoothie maker or blender, add in raspberry yogurt, peaches and honey.
- Blend until almost smooth.
- Add in skim milk and vanilla extract.
- Continue to blend until thick and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
