Low carbohydrate ingredients: Raspberry Peach smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 8 oz raspberry low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened peach slices
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 cups fat free skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a smoothie maker or blender, add in raspberry yogurt, peaches and honey.
  2. Blend until almost smooth.
  3. Add in skim milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Continue to blend until thick and creamy.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve.
