Ingredients (nutrition)
- 14 oz chilled pumpkin
- 6 oz low fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6 teaspoons cracker crumbs
Preparation (instructions)
- Add all ingredients except cracker crumbs in a blender or food processor and blend until thick and creamy.
- Pour into tall glasses and top each serving with cracker crumbs.
- Ready to serve.
