Pumpkin smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 14 oz chilled pumpkin
  • 6 oz low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups low fat milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 6 teaspoons cracker crumbs

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Add all ingredients except cracker crumbs in a blender or food processor and blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and top each serving with cracker crumbs.
  3. Ready to serve.
