Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/4 cups low fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 7 drops green food coloring
Preparation (instructions)
- In a smoothie maker or electronic blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses and garnish with mint leave on top if desired.
- Serve immediately.
