Low fat Strawberry banana shake

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 peeled and cut up banana
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation (instructions)

  1. In a smoothie maker or blender, add in all ingredients.
  2. Blend for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
