Kid's favorite Strawberry smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 pt basket strawberries
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Combine all ingredients in smoothie blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Serve in tall glasses, dividing equally.
  4. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
