Homemade Tropical fruit smoothie

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 cups peeled mango chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups peeled papaya chunks
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice

Preparation (instructions)

  1. Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender or smoothie maker.
  2. Process for about 3 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Add in crushed ice and continue to blend until smooth.
  4. Serve in tall glasses.
