Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rum
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
Preparation (instructions)
- In a smoothie maker or electronic blender, add dates, pineapple juice, coconut and rum.
- Process at high speed for approximately 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Add in yogurt and ice cream.
- Continue to blend.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
