Ingredients (nutrition)
- 14 oz drained and cut into halves canned artichoke hearts
- some olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 7 fl oz grape seed oil
- 7 fl oz extra virgin olive oil
- 4 fl oz white wine vinegar
- pinch of mustard powder
- pinch of granulated sugar
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 3 Little Gem lettuces
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the grill until hot. Season artichoke hearts with salt, pepper and brush with olive oil. Grill until charred round the edges.
- To make the dressing, combine grape seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, mustard powder, sugar and garlic into a large mixing bowl.
Season well with salt and pepper.
- Toss the lettuces, artichokes in the dressing and serve.
