Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 oz finely chopped lean back bacon
- 7 oz sliced banana
- 2 oz chopped pecan nuts
- 11 oz sliced celery
- 1/2 thinly sliced lime
- 9 oz low fat Greek style yogurt
- 6 lettuce leaves
Cooking Instructions
- Grill bacon until crisp and crumble into small pieces.
- Mix bacon crisp, banana, pecan nuts, celery, lime and yogurt in a large bowl.
- Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of individual serving bowls and scoop the mixture on top of the lettuce.
- Ready to serve.
