Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 oz beansprouts
- 1 thinly sliced onion, separate into rings
- 1 seeded green pepper, cut into thin rings
- 1 seeded red pepper, cut into thin rings
Cooking Instructions
- To make the dressing, put sherry, light soy sauce, salt and ground black pepper in a screwtop glass jar, add 2 tablespoons water, seal tightly and shake well.
- In a large salad bowl, mix together beansprouts, onions and peppers.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss gently and serve.
