Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 chopped cooked beetroot
  • 2 tablespoons low fat creme fraiche
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives

Cooking Instructions

  1. Put the beetroot, creme fraiche and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle the chives on top and toss gently.
  3. Serve immediately.
