Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 chopped cooked beetroot
- 2 tablespoons low fat creme fraiche
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
Cooking Instructions
- Put the beetroot, creme fraiche and season well with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the chives on top and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
