Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 oz uncooked bow tie pasta
- 8 oz crab surimi seafood chunks
- 1/4 cup chopped peppers
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Cooking Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions in saucepan. Drain and let it run under cold water for a minute. Set aside.
- Combine crab, peppers, onions, celery and parsley in large bowl. Add in pasta.
- To make the dressing, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chili sauce and mustard.
- Toss the dressing with crab mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve.
