Bow tie pasta salad

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 4 oz uncooked bow tie pasta
  • 8 oz crab surimi seafood chunks
  • 1/4 cup chopped peppers
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions in saucepan. Drain and let it run under cold water for a minute. Set aside.
  2. Combine crab, peppers, onions, celery and parsley in large bowl. Add in pasta.
  3. To make the dressing, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chili sauce and mustard.
  4. Toss the dressing with crab mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve.
