Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 1/2 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 1/2 cups toasted and crushed hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup minced fresh chives
- salt to taste
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions
- Shred the brussels sprouts thin using a mandoline or a knife.
- Place the shredded sprouts in a large bowl and toss gently with hazelnuts, olive oil, lemon juice, chives and salt.
- Toss in the cheese and serve immediately.
