Cheese tomato salad

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 2 lb thinly sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of caster sugar
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • some wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
  • 6 oz Mozzarella cheese cut into ?in cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a large salad bowl.
  2. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Toss very gently before serving.
