Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 lb thinly sliced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of caster sugar
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- some wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
- 6 oz Mozzarella cheese cut into ?in cubes
Cooking Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a large salad bowl.
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Toss very gently before serving.
