- 3 oz crushed ramen noodles
- 10 oz cashew nuts
- 1 chopped green onion
- 16 oz shredded coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white sugar
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degree F. Toast the crushed noodles and nuts until golden brown.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine green onions, coleslaw, toasted ramen noodles and cashew nuts.
- To prepare the salad dressing, whisk together cider vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce and sugar.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
