Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 qt torn assorted greens
- 2 cup turkey breast chunks
- 2 chopped hard cooked eggs
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 peeled, deseeded and chopped avocado
- 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 8 oz Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cub blue cheese crumbles
Cooking Instructions
- Arrange greens, turkey chunks, eggs, tomatoes, avocado and bacon in layers on a larger serving platter.
- Drizzle dressing on top of salad.
- Sprinkle blue cheese on top of the salad and serve.
