Appetizing Cobb salad

lovely and healthy cobb salad

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 qt torn assorted greens
  • 2 cup turkey breast chunks
  • 2 chopped hard cooked eggs
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 peeled, deseeded and chopped avocado
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 8 oz Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cub blue cheese crumbles

Cooking Instructions

  1. Arrange greens, turkey chunks, eggs, tomatoes, avocado and bacon in layers on a larger serving platter.
  2. Drizzle dressing on top of salad.
  3. Sprinkle blue cheese on top of the salad and serve.
