Ingredients (nutrition)
- 15 oz drained whole kernel corn
- 2 coarsely chopped tomatoes
- 3/4 cup cucumber slices
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
- In a large mixing salad bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
- To make the dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, celery seeds and salt.
- Add dressing to corn mixture and toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Serve immediately.
