Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- pinch of garlic salt
- 1 large bag thawed and drained sweet peas
- 1 can Chinese noodles (Chow Mein)
- handful of sliced almonds
Cooking Instructions
- To make the dressing, mix together mayonnaise, celery, onions, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in peas and mix well.
- Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle with noodles and sliced almonds.
