Fall pear and grape salad

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 8 oz whipped lowfat cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 large pears, peeled, cut into halves and cored
  • 20 seedless white grapes, cut into halves

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, milk and sugar. Blend until creamy.
  2. Put the pears on the lettuce leaves and spread generously with the cottage cheese.
  3. Press the grapes into the cottage cheese.
  4. Chill salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
