Ingredients (nutrition)
- 8 oz whipped lowfat cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 2 large pears, peeled, cut into halves and cored
- 20 seedless white grapes, cut into halves
Cooking Instructions
- Mix cottage cheese, milk and sugar. Blend until creamy.
- Put the pears on the lettuce leaves and spread generously with the cottage cheese.
- Press the grapes into the cottage cheese.
- Chill salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
