Salmon macaroni salad

Nutritious macaroni salmon salad

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 chopped onions
  • 2 diced dill pickles
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 can drained salmon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and ground pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water.
  2. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente.
  3. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  4. Stir in onions, pickles, tomatoes, salmon, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
  5. Chill before serving.
