Ingredients (nutrition)
- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 chopped onions
- 2 diced dill pickles
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 can drained salmon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and ground pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Boil a large pot of lightly salted water.
- Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set aside.
- Stir in onions, pickles, tomatoes, salmon, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
- Chill before serving.
