Salsa tuna salad

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cans drained and flaked tuna
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup thawed corn

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix salsa, yogurt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add in tuna, green pepper and corn.
  3. Toss before serving.
