Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 lb cooked crabmeat
- 1 lb small cooked scallops
- 8 oz chopped celery
- 1 seeded and chopped small green pepper
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz low fat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz coarse breadcrumbs
- 1 oz butter
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven 350 degree F.
- Combine all the ingredients except breadcrumbs and butter in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top and dot with butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot.
