Italian seafood recipe

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 1 lb cooked crabmeat
  • 1 lb small cooked scallops
  • 8 oz chopped celery
  • 1 seeded and chopped small green pepper
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz low fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz coarse breadcrumbs
  • 1 oz butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven 350 degree F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients except breadcrumbs and butter in a casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top and dot with butter.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot.
