Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 bunch spinach
- 10 sliced large strawberries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Cooking Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach and strawberries.
- In a hand held blender or food processor, put sugar, salt, oil, vinegar and blend until smooth.
- Stir in poppy seeds and mix well.
- Drizzle over spinach and strawberries.
- Toss to coat before serving.
