Ingredients (nutrition)
- 9 tomatoes
- 3 finely sliced spring onions
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Put tomatoes in a bowl of boiled water for 30 seconds.
- Remove the tomatoes from the bowl and peel off the skin.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
- Put the tomatoes in a dish and sprinkle with the spring onions.
- To make the dressing, whisk together the remaining ingredients and drizzle over the top.
- Set aside for 20 minutes before serving.
