Ingredients (nutrition)
- 8 oz uncooked Fusilli pasta
- 1 cup low fat yogurt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- salt and white pepper to taste
- 1 lb diced cooked turkey
- 1 cup chopped celery
Cooking Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold running water and drain again.
- To make the dressing, add yogurt, mayonnaise, onion, salt and white pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in pasta, turkey and celery. Toss gently.
- Cover with cling film and chill in a refrigerator until serving time.
