Simple turkey macaroni salad

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 8 oz uncooked Fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1 lb diced cooked turkey
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold running water and drain again.
  2. To make the dressing, add yogurt, mayonnaise, onion, salt and white pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in pasta, turkey and celery. Toss gently.
  4. Cover with cling film and chill in a refrigerator until serving time.
