Turnip salad

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 12 oz turnips
  • 2 chopped spring onions (white part only)
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish cream
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. Peel, slice and shred turnips.
  2. Add in spring onions, sugar and salt together with the turnips.
  3. Wipe the turnips together with your hands to soften the turnips.
  4. Add in horseradish cream and caraway seeds.
  5. Serve immediately.
