Ingredients (nutrition)
- 12 oz turnips
- 2 chopped spring onions (white part only)
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons horseradish cream
- 2 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds
Cooking Instructions
- Peel, slice and shred turnips.
- Add in spring onions, sugar and salt together with the turnips.
- Wipe the turnips together with your hands to soften the turnips.
- Add in horseradish cream and caraway seeds.
- Serve immediately.
