Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 pt chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Cooking Instructions
- Peel and remove the seed of the avocado.
- Blend the avocado flesh into a puree.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the sour cream and blend until smooth.
- Allow to chill for approximately 2 hours before serving.
- Add the sour cream before served.
- Stir and serve the soup chilled.
