Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1 shredded cabbage head
- 2 thinly sliced carrots
- 2 thinly sliced large onions
- 1 diced large potato
- 1 1/4 pt skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons low fat yogurt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Cooking Instructions
- Put the cabbage, carrots, onions and potato in a saucepan with 1 1/2 pt water.
- Cover and cook slowly until tender.
- Add in milk, yogurt, bay leaf, dill and rosemary.
- Continue to cook for another 20 minutes.
- Serve while still warm.
