Oriental noodle soup

oriental prawn noodle soup

Ingredients (nutrition)

  • 3 pt beef stock
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped lemon grass
  • 6 oz vermicelli, broken into small bits

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring the stock to boil with soy sauce and lemon grass.
  2. Add in vermicelli and simmer for 6 minutes or until the noodles are just tender.
  3. Serve while still warm.
