Ingredients (nutrition)
- 3 pt beef stock
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped lemon grass
- 6 oz vermicelli, broken into small bits
Cooking Instructions
- Bring the stock to boil with soy sauce and lemon grass.
- Add in vermicelli and simmer for 6 minutes or until the noodles are just tender.
- Serve while still warm.
