Ingredients (nutrition)
- 1/2 cup fine wheat flour
- 5 lean pork tenderloin chops
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 diced large onions
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 sliced large ripe zucchinis
- 1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1 can sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 cups chopped mushrooms
- 2 can chicken soup base
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Place the wheat flour in a paper bag and coat pork slices.
- Heat the olive oil under medium heat.
- Cook the pork and vegetables to until brown.
- Add in the fried pork, vegetables and chicken base to a large soup pot and bring to boil.
- Let it simmer for about 15 minutes and season well with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
